Manpower ANGOULEME INDUSTRIE TERTIAIRE is looking for its client, a player in the naval sector, a RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIVITY LOT (H/F).

You will be integrated into a large French industrial group renowned for its unique sector of activity in the Charente region.

The position is available for temporary work starting from 04/15/2026 for a duration of 6 months, renewable, in Ruelle-sur-Touvre (16600), 15 minutes from Angoulême.

Responsibilities

• Pilot, under the operational authority of a Program Lot Manager, the stakeholders (studies, industrialization, production, purchasing, supply chain, testing) contributing to the realization of the activities for which he is responsible, respecting the set objectives for performance, safety, quality, schedule, and costs.
• Establishment of the work package commitment
  • Obtain project references: scope, target milestones and reference planning, reference cost, resources, risks, and opportunities
• Structuring of the work package
• Contracting with internal and external stakeholders
• Execution of the commitment made on the work package under his charge
  • Ensure the delivery of the WP
  • Ensure the achievement of technical, industrial, financial, and schedule commitments to the program (quality/costs/deadlines)
  • Lead his team and manage internal and external subcontractors
  • Implement the quality assurance process within his scope
  • Carry out reporting

Under the authority of the Program Lot Manager, guarantees the achievement of the technical, industrial, financial, schedule, and contractual commitments of his WP. Ensures that the workload/capacity balance meets the commitments of the WP sheet. Guarantees the effectiveness of the operational interface between program needs and industrial activities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from BAC+5 with initial experience in project/program management.
• Knowledge in program management, contract management, regulations, configuration management, team management would be a plus.
• You demonstrate autonomy, analytical and synthetic thinking, rigor, and curiosity.
