Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements in the Banking domain.
• Design and develop enterprise-level architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
• Define and document architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps.
• Provide expertise in resolving technical issues related to Banking systems and applications.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Policy Admin System, UW Workbench, L&P, Personal Lines.
• Proven track record of designing and developing enterprise-level architecture solutions aligned with business goals.
• In-depth understanding of architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and assessments.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the Banking industry.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining architecture artifacts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in Banking architecture.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF are a plus.

Work Policy

You’ll be based in one of our UK offices with hybrid working. Depending on role requirements, work in local office, virtual spaces, client sites, and remotely with opportunities for face-to-face collaboration.
