What awaits you

• You will provide on-site and remote consulting services for the implementation of Dynamics 365/AX, with a primary focus on Finance and Accounting modules.
• In close collaboration with our clients, you will advise them on business processes and best practices, understand their requirements, and conduct gap analyses.
• You will translate requirements into functional specifications, configure Dynamics 365, and ensure that client requirements are met within deadlines.
• In your work, you will utilize Forvis Mazars' implementation methodology, adopt industry-specific best practices, and align them with the product's strategic roadmap.
• You will collaborate in cross-functional teams, contributing your expertise to ensure consistent implementation and optimal solution design.
• You will continuously update your knowledge of historical and current system functionalities and engage in ongoing learning to provide clients with the best solutions.

What you bring

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a comparable field of study.
• More than five years of professional experience as a Delivery Professional in ERP/CRM implementation, with at least two years of end-to-end implementation cycles with Dynamics 365.
• A solid understanding of the functional capabilities and modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as basic knowledge of cloud architectures.
• Experience in applying enterprise implementation methodologies and in direct client support from the sales phase through to support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
• The ability to confidently and persuasively present complex issues.
