About
You will take on a central role at the interface between strategy and top management. In a dynamic environment with high visibility, you will work closely with management and central functions, accompanying strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and overarching steering topics. You will gain deep insights into company-wide decision-making processes and contribute significantly to the content design and further development of strategic topics.
The position is limited until August 2027 as a parental leave replacement.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiative Management: Conception, planning, and implementation of strategic projects (e.g., strategy execution, post-merger integration, organizational development, restructuring), including project management, KPI monitoring, and reporting.
- Top Management Support: Content preparation and follow-up for management meetings, strategy formats, and decision documents, as well as preparing complex issues for the executive board.
- Moderation & Workshop Design: Planning, moderation, and documentation of strategy meetings, workshops, and management formats at the business unit and group level.
- Process Optimization & Transformation: Identification of efficiency potentials and development and implementation of processes, tools, and standards to increase quality and economic efficiency.
- Sustainability & ESG: Participation in sustainability initiatives, support in ESG/CSRD reporting, and coordination of inquiries and projects in the area of sustainability.
Profile
- Successfully completed studies (e.g., social sciences, humanities, business administration, or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in strategy, project, or transformation environments, ideally in an industrial or consulting-related field.
- Experience in managing complex projects, including stakeholder management and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Strong skills in structuring, analyzing, and preparing content for top management.
- Confident demeanor and experience in moderating workshops and management formats.
- Knowledge in the area of sustainability / ESG (e.g., CSRD) and understanding of technical contexts in industrial or energy projects are advantageous.
- Very good German and English language skills.
