Within the Supplier Performance Management Eurasia Directorate of Safran Electrical & Power, we are looking for an inspiring manager to lead a team of Supplier Field Engineers present throughout the territory.
This team is the engine of operational excellence, intervening at the heart of the supply chain to ensure the quality and responsiveness of our suppliers.
Your Challenges:
Management & Animation
- Inspire, mobilize, and develop your team.
- Create an environment where each Field Engineer develops their skills and thrives in their mission.
Operational Management
- Organize and direct field interventions, ensuring optimal coordination.
- Be responsible for prioritizing and monitoring strategic suppliers, driving ambitious action plans to regain full performance.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze key indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement concrete solutions.
- Share results and successes with management and operational teams.
Transverse Coordination
- Act as a facilitator between the different divisions of Safran Electrical & Power (Purchasing, SPM, Supply Chain, Quality…), ensuring fluid and effective communication, particularly during the launch and closure of field missions.
Change Management
- Become an ambassador for continuous improvement, harmonize methods, and encourage a culture of supplier performance to collectively advance the entire organization.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Graduated from higher education (engineer or equivalent), you have proven experience in managing field teams, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
Key Skills
- You master supply chain management tools and methods and know how to keep a cool head to manage critical situations and resolve crisis issues effectively.
Human Qualities
- Recognized for your natural leadership, you know how to inspire and mobilize your teams.
- Your rigor, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills allow you to communicate with impact and unite different stakeholders around common goals.
Location
- Position based on-site at Safran Electrical & Power (ideally in the Ile-de-France region), with travel in France and internationally.
