As a member of our team of 160 consultants, you will work with the biggest players in the aerospace sector to help them meet the challenges of tomorrow. With offices in Paris, Toulouse, and Aix-en-Provence, you will evolve in a dynamic and stimulating environment, serving prestigious clients.

Your Work Environment

You will contribute to various projects related to Operational Excellence, Supply Chain optimization, industrial planning, Engineering, Customer Service, and operational condition maintenance. Your Mission: Become a Key Player in Change

As a consulting mission leader, you will manage strategic projects, supervise teams of consultants, and actively participate in the commercial development of our operations. Here's a glimpse of the missions that await you:

• Improve industrial performance: Boost operational efficiency (MRO, AMOA, Supply Chain...) and deploy differentiating solutions.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a major general engineering school or business school.
• With over 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, you have acquired solid expertise and are comfortable in demanding environments.
• A natural leader, you have already managed project teams and enjoy sharing your expertise while developing your team members.
• Your interpersonal skills and diplomacy enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, curious, and proposing solutions, you are recognized for your ability to analyze complex issues and formulate clear summaries, both orally and in writing.
