Required Experience & Skills

Must‑Have Nice‑to‑Have
6–8 years of professional UX/UI design experience (web + mobile). Experience in the Open Finance, fintech, or regulated industry.
Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end design solutions in Agile environments. Hands‑on experience with front‑end code (HTML/CSS, React, Vue, etc.).
Mastery of design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Miro, Adobe XD. Knowledge of design ops tools (Zeroheight, Storybook, Lottie).
Strong foundation in user research, design thinking, and usability testing. Experience building or evolving a design system.
Ability to create wireframes, low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes, and UI specifications. Familiarity with data‑visualization libraries (D3, Chart.js).
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile‑first principles. Background in product management or data analytics.
