Compensation Pay range:$44.10-$63.00 Per Hr

Description Join our team as a Manual QA Engineer, responsible for testing web applications in a dynamic environment. Based in Corner, VA, this contract position involves validating applications, creating test cases, and collaborating with an automation team. The role requires experience in functional testing and a basic understanding of automation and data validation technologies.

Key Responsibilities Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional, regression, smoke, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sprint and release testing.

Qualifications Strong experience in manual QA testing for web applications. Understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices. Ability to write and execute basic data validation queries. Basic understanding of automation testing concepts and API testing. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
