Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment where many team members, including the founders, are engineers.

What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough manual QA software testing for web applications to ensure high standards of quality.
• Utilize Jira for efficient project management and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and professionals to enhance data privacy and security solutions.
• Adapt to new challenges swiftly in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Engage in company culture and provide valuable feedback.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in manual QA software testing, specifically for web applications.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of certifications and experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jira for tracking bugs and managing projects.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ideally, fluency in Russian for effective communication across teams.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, 3 days a week from the office in Falls Church, VA or Greenville, DE.

• Stage 1: 30-minute phone interview with the Founder/CEO to assess general fit.
• Stage 2: On-site interview in the office for skills assessment.
