Ability to understand and execute complex test cases, ramp up quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead E2E validation and UAT for Apple Wallet services, coordinating release readiness with DRIs to ensure seamless feature launches.
• Verify iOS Wallet functionality across iOS, macOS, and watchOS ecosystems, ensuring hardware-software compatibility across multiple device generations.
• Triage automated test failures using AI-driven internal tool to identify actual product bugs and environmental issues, ensuring only valid defects are escalated to development.
• Execute comprehensive functional and regression suites, including data testing to validate payment processing workflows.
• Manage full defect lifecycle in Radar, from initial documentation of bugs and enhancements to final verification and closure.
• Maintain complex test environments by configuring physical payment terminals and mobile hardware across diverse OS versions.
