Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on optimizing products and their manufacturing processes. This role includes hands-on work in injection molding and extrusion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you’ll bring your expertise in Process and Sustaining Engineering to enhance both existing products and manufacturing practices. You will work closely with Production to troubleshoot issues, implement robust corrections, and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee change control for product modifications and updates
- Develop and execute testing and inspection protocols
- Manage Bill of Materials and production assembly instructions
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or Science
- 2-3 years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience with injection molding and automated systems
- Understanding of ISO standards is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
