Responsibilities

• Use SolidWorks for designs and manufacturing process details
• Liaise with teams to resolve production exceptions
• Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis for persistent issues
• Create and implement concise SOPs and Work Instructions
• Manage small projects related to product and process improvements

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• 2-5 years experience in Heavy Equipment Manufacturing
• 3+ years in any Manufacturing or Industrial setting
• Trade Certification in a recognized discipline preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and CWB 47.1 standards
