For our Medical Division with locations in Switzerland, the USA, China, Singapore, and the Czech Republic, we are looking for a "doer" who perfectly combines theory and practice. If you have an eye for efficient processes and enjoy working in a global environment, then read on.

Responsibilities

• You define and implement highly efficient manufacturing processes that ensure our global quality goals.
• You accompany the entire lifecycle of our systems – from specification and procurement through commissioning to final acceptance (FAT/SAT).
• You train our setup technicians and machine operators directly on the systems so that our processes run stably and efficiently.
• You analyze performance, initiate corrective measures, and lead exciting optimization projects for process improvement.
• You lead prototyping activities and feasibility studies and ensure that work instructions and tool lists are always up to date.

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a polymer mechanic (or comparable).
• You have successfully completed further training as a process specialist (or are in comparable technical further training).
• You have sound practical experience in industrial manufacturing – ideally, you are already familiar with the high demands of medical technology.
• Experience in spring manufacturing or in related forming processes is an advantage.
• You think systematically, love tricky problem-solving, and enjoy working independently as well as in a global team.
• Your German is very good, and you are proficient in English (spoken and written).
• You are prepared to travel internationally occasionally for your projects.
