Responsibilities

• Drive month-end close activities and reporting accuracy
• Assist in preparation of operating statements
• Analyze manufacturing product costs and variances
• Partner with plant teams for operational insights
• Track performance against forecasts and plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant financial experience
• Understanding of IFRS or GAAP principles
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong partnership and communication skills
