  • In the Limburg region, several leading companies are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer. You will work in multidisciplinary teams to improve quality, safety, production capacity, and efficiency, defining and implementing key optimisations to achieve strategic goals and contribute to sustainable, innovative manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve by identifying opportunities, leading projects, and managing training.
• Solve field problems, investigate failures, and provide technical recommendations.
• Analyse data, conduct measurements, and transform insights into improvements that optimise workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Set up and lead projects from start to finish.
• Be responsible for process safety within the organization.
• Act as a process expert and provide strategic advice to all departments.
• Offer technical assistance in business proposals and decision-making.

Profile

• Hold at least a bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a comparable study.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an engineer in a production environment or engineering firm.
• Be results‑oriented, proactive, and pragmatic.
• Have safety awareness.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch isa strong plus.
