About the role
Summary
• Responsible for leading LEAP Manufacturing Programs operations, including building a streamlined daily/weekly metrics structure and developing an integrated data management system across Excel, Smartsheet, Spotfire, SharePoint, and Miro. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, timely KPI updates, and clear standard work for metric definitions. Leads development of digital dashboards to make operational performance visible to stakeholders, and serves as the Smartsheet expert for setup, maintenance, updating, and management of Manufacturing Programs Smartsheets.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead LEAP Manufacturing Programs operations, providing overall coordination and structure for the team’s operational metrics and rhythms. • Reduce waste by programming and integrating Excel, Smartsheet, Spotfire, SharePoint, and Miro to create connected daily and weekly management reporting that minimizes duplicate data entry. • Collaborate with internal team and functions outside Manufacturing Programs to field questions and ensure seamless data flow. • Accountable for on-time updates of KPIs, maintaining data accuracy and consistency. • Develop and refine standard work for KPI definitions, updating metrics, reporting, and escalation. • Lead the design and implementation of digital dashboards to make operational metrics visible to internal and external stakeholders • Serve as the Smartsheet expert, setting up, updating, and managing Manufacturing Programs’ Smartsheets for the team • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions, handle complex tasks or problems, has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems, leverage internal and external sources and can provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. • Expert in Microsoft Excel including writing macros • Experience in setting up and managing Smartsheet Project Plans • Proven experience programming SharePoint, spotfire, and creation of dashboards • Potential exposure to ITAR controlled data
