Responsibilities

• Independent planning, control, coordination, and monitoring of all contractual services of production in development/series projects as well as customer returns
• Responsibility for coordination and communication of production projects
• Economic consideration and control of quality costs
• Participation in providing the necessary skills and resources in the area of responsibility
• Participation in the creation of offers for development and production projects
• Participation in the implementation of change requests in series production
• Support and representation of production in regular meetings
• Support in the ongoing optimization of production processes within the framework of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable degree programs
• Professional experience in production and production processes as well as in project management
• In-depth knowledge in the field of electrical and high-frequency technology
• Experience in transatlantic projects is an advantage
• Experience in assessing performance, time, and cost estimates
• Good knowledge of SAP modules QM, CS, and MIGO
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent way of working, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• Team and integration skills
• Improvisation and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibility as well as confident, assured demeanor and strong communication skills
