  • Maintaining a strong and proactive talent pipeline for future openings by identifying new candidate sources that target a direct labor workforce including local job fairs and employer branding events

Exemplary Candidate Experience:

  • Performing initial candidate outreach and phone (or video) interviews as well as scheduling and facilitating future onsite interviews
  • Ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience throughout each touchpoint throughout the hiring process by:
    • Providing accurate and responsive replies (within 24 hours or less) to candidates and moving them through the hiring process quickly and efficiently while eliminating unnecessary steps
    • Appropriately and accurately communicating details for onsite interviews and pre-employment screening expectations
    • Being onsite to greet candidates upon arrival for interviews and ushering them to interviews
    • Staying in close communication with candidates between offer acceptance & start date, clarifying any questions
  • Communicating offers to candidates and processing new hire paperwork including:
    • Entering IT tickets, Wrike onboarding requests, monitoring pre-employment screenings, conducting reference checks, and sending first day communications
    • Coordinating closely with Employee Experience, Benefits & Compliance, and candidates to ensure all onboarding and pre‑employment steps are completed prior to the first day

Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork:

  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and gaining an understanding of position needs by:
    • Proactively and accurately communicating pipeline status to hiring managers including comprehensive and accurate interview notes

WHO WE ARE

71% of our Earth is covered by water and we want everyone to make the most of it. That’s why we are committed to creating products that transform the boating experience with an organization that employees want to work for, customers want to buy from, and vendors want to partner with. Seakeeper Ride, a Vessel Attitude Control System, eliminates underway pitch and roll, making time on the water safer and more comfortable for everyone on board.

Seakeeper was founded in 2008, growing from a start-up operation to the worldwide leader in stabilization thanks to its popular line of gyrostabilizers. Seakeeper Ride launched in 2022 and is the first product deviation from that line, bringing the magic of Seakeeper to boats while underway. There’s a long runway of growth ahead as more and more OEMs adopt Seakeeper Ride as standard equipment and we work to make aftermarket refits a reality.

Ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? Want to help us disrupt an industry? Come on and apply, we are ready for you!

Seakeeper is personally committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
