Responsibilities

  • Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview coordination.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms to secure top candidates.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidates and streamline hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employer branding.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve hiring practices, candidate experience, and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment (using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS system).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience in sourcing passive candidates through creative strategies and networking.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet hiring goals.
  • A results‑driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
