junior M&A / PE associate

A global firm with one of the largest international networks of any law firm in the world is hiring a junior M&A / PE associate into its Canadian practice. The platform is known for cross-border deal flow and a genuinely international career model.

You'll work on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity buyouts, and joint ventures for a mix of strategic corporates and financial sponsors, with direct exposure to global teams from day one.

Requirements

• 2 years' of experience in corporate M&A at a leading Canadian or international firm
• Canadian bar admission (or eligibility)
• strong academics
• interest in cross-border and PE work
