  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, providing training on the company's extranet and wholesale business, and reviewing production reports to offer feedback to top producing hotels
  • Plan and execute market site visits in alignment with Regional Management objectives
  • Negotiate contract agreements and credit arrangements with suppliers and ensure coordination between Market Management and suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on lodging development initiatives such as direct connect and corporate travel
  • Communicate progress and changes in development to the lodging team
  • Establish relationships with local tourism agencies/organizations
  • Represent the company at supplier-related travel shows and industry events, conducting presentations, and hosting supplier presentations
  • Identify competitors, analyze market trends, and implement extranet rate and inventory revisions to optimize supplier usage
