Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Account Manager to lead and manage client relationships within the financial services sector.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-client environment, understands performance marketing, and can translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts from onboarding through execution, reporting, and optimization
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across email, SEO, paid media, content, and social
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver ROI-driven insights and recommendations
- Present results, strategy, and performance updates to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, development, content, and technology to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- Mentor and support Account Coordinators on execution and best practices
- Manage multiple client relationships with strong communication and organization
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to enhance campaign performance
- Analyze funnel performance including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
- Own client retention and satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities within accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and GK3 service offerings
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with financial industry compliance standards and internal review processes
- Translate client business objectives into clear campaign roadmaps and timelines
- Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, setting expectations and driving accountability
- Lead regular client meetings including weekly updates, monthly reporting, and quarterly strategy sessions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in financial services marketing, account management, or campaign strategy
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to commute daily to Robbinsville, NJ
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of FINRA and SEC compliance in financial marketing
- Experience working with asset managers, wealth managers, or alternative investment firms
- Background in lead generation and sales enablement, including CRM integration, lead scoring, and playbooks
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
