About

We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer to help manage and scale paid advertising for 2 growing brands.

This role is a mix of:

  • Performance marketing
  • Creative strategy
  • Content production
  • Ad testing & optimization

You’ll be responsible for running Meta and Google ad campaigns while also helping create high-performing creative assets, ad videos, and marketing content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and campaign performance
  • Launch and test new ad creatives regularly
  • Create or coordinate: Ad creatives, Static graphics, UGC-style ads, Short-form video content, Product marketing assets
  • Develop creative testing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
  • Work closely with founders/team on growth strategy
  • Help improve landing pages and conversion performance

Requirements

  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
  • Experience creating or directing ad creatives
  • Comfortable editing short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
  • Ability to identify winning creatives and scale campaigns
  • Organized, proactive, and data-driven
  • Ecommerce/DTC experience preferred

  • Shopify experience
  • Email/SMS marketing knowledge
  • UGC creator sourcing experience
  • Copywriting skills
  • Graphic design experience
