Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote company properties for sales/leasing
• Generate leads and close sales/leasing deals
• Manage relationships with clients
• Provide market feedback and insights

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales/marketing/leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Knowledge of Nigerian real estate market
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, CRM).
