Summary
The main function of this role is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. The individual is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
- Support the overall Citizenship Team on all priority events, such as the Solve for Tomorrow Final Event and Day of Service.
- Manage the Solve for Tomorrow program mailbox, website, beneficiary communications, and general administrative tasks.
- Submit and maintain all contracts and invoices, highlighting any pending items or risks.
- Maintain Citizenship team process manuals and templates.
- Coordinate volunteer events in the Benevity platform.
- Conduct research to support program objectives.
- Maintain program lists and reporting.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and aligned with the objective; alert managers of any at-risk open items.
- Support broader Citizenship team on high priority events and community impact activities.
- Support the collaboration with internal communications team to elevate the program.
- Collect and document contract and invoices for all Citizenship partnerships.
- Support the development of post-event and other summary reports.
- Manage the Solve for Tomorrow mailbox and website; collaborate with agency partners and developers to ensure timely updates.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and analysis, as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of directly related experience required.
- Prior experience with project management/coordination required.
- Ability to clearly communicate with multiple levels of the organization required.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Degree in marketing and/or public relations preferred.
Desired Skills
- Experience planning and executing projects.
- 2 years of experience with database management, including knowledge of pivot tables and reporting in Excel.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.
- Strong organization skills for budget tracking and on-time legal and finance workflows.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with internal senior staff members and external partners.
- Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication, especially in social media, logistics, legal, and finance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills and follow-up to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and provide solutions.

Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $30.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
