We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support one of our financial clients.
This individual will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, technology, and operations, partnering across large, matrixed teams to translate business requirements into validated technical solutions while improving the end‑to‑end customer acquisition experience.

Marketing Analyst Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business problems, leveraging data analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex technical infrastructure and collaborate closely with technology teams
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and pivot quickly while maintaining timelines
- Experience working within large, cross‑functional organizations to drive alignment and execution
- Highly motivated self‑starter with strong intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment

- Collaborate with technology teams to build, test, and validate solutions that meet marketing and acquisition objectives
- Identify and diagnose friction points within the current acquisition experience and recommend improvements
- Work with product and technology partners to implement enhancements that optimize the customer acquisition journey
- Ensure cross‑team alignment across marketing, product, operations, and technology to support successful offer deployment
- Support initiatives tied to broader branch modernization efforts and infrastructure enhancements
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by strengthening readiness workflows and integration standards
