Marketing and Business Development Manager

About the Role

Frozen Ropes is seeking a motivated, organized, and growth-focused professional to lead marketing initiatives and support business development efforts across our growing organization and network of licensed locations.

This role combines:

• Marketing and brand growth
• Business development and relationship management
• Project coordination and operational support
• Partner communication and expansion initiatives

You’ll work directly with company leadership to help grow program participation, strengthen partnerships, support licensed locations, and increase overall brand awareness.

What You’ll Do:

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
• Assist with social media management, website updates, and digital communication
• Help drive participation across camps, clinics, events, and training programs
• Support outreach and relationship-building with licensed locations and partners
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and operational initiatives across departments
• Track reporting, organize data, and manage CRM systems
• Assist leadership with business development and expansion initiatives
• Represent Frozen Ropes at events and within the community as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience with:

  • Excel
  • CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Google Docs / Google Workspace
  • Project management tools

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with marketing, social media, and website support

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Bonus Experience:

• Sales, marketing, or business development
• Multi-location businesses, franchising, or operations support
• Sports industry experience

Schedule:

• Full-time (Monday–Friday)
• Some evenings/weekends for events
• Occasional travel for partner support and expansion initiatives

Pay:

$60,000 base + commission + performance-based bonuses
