Job Description
Main area of the job
Ensure an efficient Procure to Pay process for marketing and sales spends: Promotional Items, Commercial Print, Point of Sales, Marketing agencies, Market Research etc…
Main purpose:
Develop, validate, communicate and implement a Category Specific Sourcing Strategy that delivers a competitive advantage to the business
- Using the right suppliers
- Negotiating the best terms and conditions
- Following Supply Chain Management best practices.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Supply
- Receive the needs for products and service from internal stakeholders
- Issue Requests for Quotations for the selection of suppliers for needed products and services.
- Ensure the best cost modelling (considering total cost ownership) and negotiations for each purchase project.
- Ensure an efficient Supply plan (no out of stock)
- Monitor the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order progress within the Requesting Department.
- Identify delays, resolve or escalate them to right line manager if necessary.
- Records cost savings realized monthly.
- Create synergies with the other Vodafone Operation Companies
- Ensure the agreed service level with internal stakeholders
Processes
- Ensure code of ethics is applied all along the supply process.
- Use Procurement tools, processes, policies and standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement of Supply Chain Management processes
Candidate Profile
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate education level in a commercial cursus or others
- 3 years working experience in Telecommunication environment.
- Fluency in English will be a plus
- Trained to High level in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
