The marketing and communications manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that increase brand visibility for Marathona Homes, Marathona Capital Hub, and Distress Sales by Marathona. The role will focus on generating qualified leads, strengthening brand awareness online and in person, and supporting property sales and project acquisitions. KEY RESPONSIBILITY • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's revenue goals. • Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns. • oversee content creation, brand messaging, and paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) • Generate and nurture qualified leads for property sales and construction services • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities • Manage brand positioning, corporate communications, and public relations. • Track Marketing performance and provide monthly campaign reports • build and maintain strategic partnerships and business relationships • *Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business development, or communication • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in marketing and communication, specifically in the real estate sector. • The candidate should have a background in either real estate or construction. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, on-site marketing, social media management, and paid advertising • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and reporting abilities • Results-driven with a strong commercial and strategic mindset
