Marketing and Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing real estate firm focused on delivering quality property solutions, including land sales, residential properties, and investment opportunities. We are looking for a results-driven marketing and sales assistant to join our team and help expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate properties
• Generate leads through online and offline channels
• Manage social media platforms and online listings
• Create engaging content posts, videos, property descriptions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Conduct property inspections with clients when needed
• Meet sales targets and report performance regularly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or real estate preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must be based in Abuja and ready to start work immediately
