Marketing & Social Media Associate

Position Summary

Relevate Real Estate is a growing real estate company serving the greater Raleigh, NC area. We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing & Social Media Associate to support our marketing team with campaign execution, content creation, social media management, and day-to-day marketing operations. This position will work closely with our Marketing Manager and existing marketing support staff to help carry out ongoing marketing initiatives and agent-focused campaigns.

This is a part-time role with strong potential for future growth into a larger position as the company continues to expand.

Applicants must be local to the Raleigh area and available for occasional in-office collaboration, meetings, events, and content creation.

Primary Duties

This role focuses heavily on supporting and helping execute ongoing marketing initiatives for our real estate agents and the company. Our team runs monthly marketing campaigns designed to help agents stay connected with their sphere of influence (SOI) through:

• Client appreciation events
• Direct mail campaigns
• Email marketing
• Social media outreach
• Community and client engagement initiatives
• Branding and promotional materials

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and ad hoc marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Support planning and coordination of client events and marketing activities
• Provide general marketing support to agents and internal team members
• Assist with managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create graphics and marketing content using Canva and similar tools
• Assist with photo/video content creation and editing
• Schedule and publish social media posts
• Sales agent social media support

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or related fields
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on projects
• Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong relationship management skills for engaging with Sales Agents and/or external partners
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Real estate industry experience is helpful but not required

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
