About the Brand

We are Cavalliera, an international equestrian fashion brand operating across B2B (retailers, distributors) and B2C (e-commerce). Our key markets include the USA, EU, and UK.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on marketing and content-driven role. You will manage our digital marketing channels, create engaging visual content, support B2B growth initiatives, and assist with trade fair preparation and brand visibility. You must be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing projects without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing (Mailchimp)

  • Full Mailchimp account management
  • Campaign planning and execution (B2B & B2C)
  • Automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, retailer onboarding, etc.)
  • List segmentation and database management
  • KPI tracking (open rate, CTR, revenue attribution)
  • Lead generation – finding new B2B and B2C customers

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Content calendar planning
  • Caption writing aligned with brand tone
  • Creation of Reels and short-form video content
  • Advanced video editing
  • Community management (comments, DMs)
  • Monthly analytics reporting
  • Alignment of paid and organic strategy

Influencer & Ambassador Marketing

  • Identifying and onboarding equestrian influencers
  • Outreach and relationship management
  • Briefing content guidelines
  • Tracking performance and ROI
  • Affiliate / ambassador coordination
  • Managing the Affiliate module in Prestashop

Website Management (PrestaShop)

  • Product uploads and content updates
  • Landing page creation
  • Homepage banners and campaign visuals
  • Basic SEO optimization
  • Conversion optimization improvements
  • Coordination with developers if needed

Paid Advertising

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) management
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Budget allocation and ROAS tracking
  • Campaign testing and scaling
  • Performance reporting

Trade Shows & Events

  • Preparation of marketing materials (catalogs, lookbooks, banners, brochures)
  • Coordination of printed materials and visuals
  • B2B presentation materials preparation
  • Supporting stand branding and visual identity
  • Potential participation at events (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Software & Technical Knowledge

  • Mailchimp (automation & segmentation essential)
  • PrestaShop (or similar e-commerce CMS experience)
  • Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager
  • CapCut (video editing required)
  • Canva or Adobe (InDesign / Photoshop is preferred)
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Drive
  • SEO knowledge
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong Advantage: Photography skills (product & lifestyle photography understanding)
  • Photo editing (Lightroom / Photoshop)
  • Experience directing photoshoots
  • Klaviyo
  • Experience with B2B CRM systems
