About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Associate with strong writing and communication skills to support the Growth Manager across content, campaigns, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer who can create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content while also supporting day-to-day marketing activities.
This role is suited for someone who understands B2B communication, pays attention to detail, executes quickly, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, blogs, newsletters, website pages, and other marketing channels.
- Assist the Growth Manager with campaign execution, research, content planning, and operational marketing tasks.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across company platforms.
- Draft and send email broadcasts for announcements, campaigns, launches, and updates.
- Support blog publishing and basic SEO optimization efforts.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter social media and marketing assets.
- Conduct competitor, market, and audience research to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist with webinars, partnerships, launches, and audience engagement activities.
- Track and report basic marketing and content performance metrics.
- Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams where necessary.
Requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and blog/content management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
