Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a foundation in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

As a Marketing Associate, you will work directly with customers in retail environments throughout the Virginia Beach area, represent client brands, and support live marketing campaigns. This is a fully on-site, customer-facing position.

No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands within retail partner locations
• Engage with customers to communicate products, services, and promotions
• Assist with the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and events
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team objectives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Team-oriented with a reliable and professional approach
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
