The Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager will spearhead the systems, automation, analytics, and reporting framework that fuels RxBenefits' demand generation strategies. This dynamic role is crucial in making our marketing initiatives measurable, scalable, integrated, and perfectly aligned with our business growth objectives. As the overseer of Salesforce and Pardot operations, you will manage marketing automation, attribution, reporting, and digital tracking infrastructure. Collaboration is key as you will partner cross-functionally with demand generation, social media, content, digital marketing, sales operations, and business development teams. We seek a candidate who is both strategic and hands-on, dedicated to improving operational efficiency while providing actionable insights that drive marketing performance and inform business decisions.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

Marketing Operations & Automation

  • Optimize Salesforce and Pardot infrastructure, campaign structure, lead lifecycle management, and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and enhance marketing automation programs including nurture campaigns, lead scoring, routing workflows, MQL automation, and lifecycle progression.
  • Identify opportunities to boost scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency across our digital marketing efforts.

Attribution, Analytics & Reporting

  • Create and uphold standardized reporting across website, campaigns, email, paid media, social influence, and pipeline contribution.
  • Generate reports that deliver actionable insights and recommendations beyond mere metrics.
  • Help answer essential business queries such as:
    • Which content drives engagement and conversions?
    • How does social media impact the sales cycle?
    • What user behaviors occur post-website visit?
  • Collaborate with demand generation leadership to evaluate campaign and funnel performance.

Tracking & Digital Infrastructure

  • Lead GA4 infrastructure management, including event tracking, conversion tracking, funnel visibility, and user journey analysis.
  • Ensure accurate attribution and tracking across all digital channels and systems.
  • Integrate website, social media, campaigns, CRM, and marketing automation platforms for a cohesive measurement system.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work collaboratively with demand generation, social media, content, digital marketing, and sales operations teams.
  • Mentor and manage digital marketing team members focused on campaign execution and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners as needed.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or digital analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing or enhancing marketing automation and lead lifecycle programs.
  • Thorough understanding of attribution models, funnel reporting, and B2B demand generation metrics.
  • Experience with GA4, tracking infrastructure, and conversion analysis.
  • Ability to create executive-level dashboards and performance reports.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience supporting B2B demand generation teams.
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other complex B2B industries.
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and implementation partners.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and website optimization concepts.

Compensation & Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. Additionally, this role is eligible for short-term incentives based on individual and business performance.
