Overview
This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” administrative role. You will be trusted to think technically, move fast, and avoid the same tired B2B marketing playbooks. If your instinct is to build robust systems, challenge data silos, and create a commercially sharp growth engine, you will feel very at home. Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Infrastructure Ownership
- Own the operational infrastructure that enables marketing programs to run effectively
- Manage and optimize marketing infrastructure across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Design and maintain lead routing, lifecycle stages, and funnel workflows
Growth Implementation & Automation
- Implement marketing campaigns and sophisticated marketing automation
- Operate webinar infrastructure and integrate event and partner lead data into CRM systems
- Support SDR and sales handoff processes to ensure lead momentum
Digital Advertising & Related Operations
- Manage advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and related channels
- Execute campaigns using orchestration tools such as Metadata.io or similar platforms
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and budget pacing for performance optimization
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Provide clear and actionable insight into marketing performance and ROI modeling
- Conduct funnel conversion analysis across lifecycle stages and track acquisition costs
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership to provide visibility into pipeline forecasting
SEO & Technical Performance
- Monitor SEO performance and search analytics to drive organic growth
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate the implementation of improvements
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are tracked correctly with robust attribution configuration
Market Alignment & Execution
- Coordinate campaign launches with marketing stakeholders and content providers
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene and contact database quality
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve funnel performance and conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations
- Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proven ability to implement marketing automation and digital advertising infrastructure
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with funnel and pipeline data
- Familiarity with advertising orchestration tools (e.g., Metadata.io) and technical SEO concepts
- Entrepreneurial, builder mindset with strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across both marketing and sales teams
