Role Details

• Role Name: Marketing Automation Specialist- Redpoint (RPDM)
• Location: Malvern, PA
• Experience: 6-8 years

Required Information Details

• Hands-on experience with Redpoint RPDM tool
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and data segmentation logic
• Familiarity with CDP platform

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with Redpoint (RPI & RPDM) tool
• Knowledge on Redshift

Good-to-Have

• AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Glue)

Responsibilities of / Expectations from the Role

• Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions
• Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
• Build and monitor workflows and customer journeys
• A/B testing and performance tracking
• Scheduling automations between RPI and RPDM
