We are in an aggressive growth phase, expanding our residential, commercial, and specialty service divisions across multiple regions. We are building a brand that stands for excellence, reliability, and community and we need a creative, driven marketing professional to help us grow our presence and tell our story.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Brand Associate to own our digital presence and support brand growth as we scale across Maryland. This is a part-time role with real ownership and direct visibility with company leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram and Facebook
- Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva
- Manage and maintain our Google Business profile
- Assist with email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms
- Research local marketing opportunities, community events, and partnership possibilities
- Track and report weekly social media metrics and campaign performance to leadership
- Support the development of marketing materials for new service launches and regional expansion
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (or equivalent education)
- Proficiency in Canva (required)
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with Mailchimp is a plus
- Experience in a service-based or small business environment is a plus
