Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Brand Manager to grow our brand awareness, support client acquisition, and strengthen our market presence. This role combines brand management, public relations, performance marketing, and team leadership.The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, speak externally on behalf of the company, and help evolve our marketing capability as the business grows. This is a role with growth potential, suited to a strong operator who is ready to step up.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Market Awareness • Manage and implement the company’s brand strategy to ensure consistent and professional market presence • Drive brand awareness initiatives across digital platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and PR activity • Ensure brand messaging is clear, aligned, and consistently applied across all channels • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide insights to leadership
Public Relations & External Communication • Support and execute PR initiatives, including press releases, media engagement, and brand announcements • Act as a brand representative in external engagements such as client meetings, industry events, and partnerships • Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and other external stakeholders • Assist in positioning the company as credible and relevant in the market
Marketing Strategy & Client Attraction • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on attracting new clients • Work with leadership and sales teams to align marketing activity with business objectives • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, and paid media • Continuously test, learn, and improve approaches to lead generation and brand engagement
Performance Marketing & Analytics • Manage and optimise PPC and paid media campaigns across relevant platforms • Track and report on marketing performance using dashboards and analytics tools • Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements based on data and insights • Support marketing budget management and spend optimisation
Creative & Graphic Design Oversight • Work closely with graphic designers and creative partners to deliver high‑quality marketing materials • Brief, review, and refine creative assets to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness • Coordinate design work across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing collateral
Team Contribution & Growth • Support the development and performance of the marketing team • Introduce improved processes, planning, and ways of working • Collaborate across departments to strengthen marketing impact • Take initiative in growing the marketing function as the company scales
Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role • Practical experience in brand management and public relations • Working knowledge of PPC, paid media, and digital marketing channels • Experience using marketing dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage external stakeholders • Experience managing or coordinating creative and design output • Strong organisational and project management ability
