We are the team behind the operations and growth of a rapidly expanding and highly innovative group of healthcare organizations in the New York metropolitan area, including Bear Brook Pediatric Dentistry, New Jersey Tongue-Tie Center, and Bear Brook Orthodontics.
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Branding Coordinator who brings both creativity and strong strategic thinking. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple high-performing brands, contribute to meaningful marketing initiatives, and develop a deeper understanding of how marketing connects to overall business operations. You will play a key role in executing brand and marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams across business operations, finance, and client experience to support broader business objectives within a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do
- Shape Brands: Build and maintain upscale brand identities for Won & Co. and our boutique healthcare clients.
- Create & Lead Campaigns: Develop engaging content across digital and in-person channels from social media and websites to events and community campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.
- Drive Digital Growth: Apply SEO best practices, track analytics, and design/manage websites to optimize performance and user experience.
- Elevate Visibility: Draft press releases, pitch stories, and support PR initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with leadership and client teams to align marketing and branding with business growth goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience creating and managing social media content.
- Strong graphic design and video production/editing skills.
- Design proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with website-building platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace) strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PR and media relations.
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful: you bring fresh ideas, not just execution.
- Highly organized multitasker with exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (internships accepted).
- Portfolio or samples of prior work required — may include social media accounts, PR pieces, websites, or design projects.
- Location: This position requires in-person work at our Hoboken, NJ headquarters.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $48,000 – $56,000, depending on experience and skillset.
- Full-time role with advancement opportunities as Won & Co. expands.
