Job Overview

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to join our client to support data driven decision making and improve marketing and business processes. This role focuses on gathering requirements, translating technical insights into clear business narratives, and partnering closely with stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, data, and communication while contributing to initiatives that drive measurable value. This is a contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid onsite schedule.

Compensation

$46.42 per hour

Normal business hours

Hybrid onsite three days per week Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with business partners and development teams to understand initiatives, workflows, and objectives across marketing and related functions
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while defining project scope and success criteria
• Translate technical and analytical findings into clear presentations, summaries, and communications for business and executive audiences
• Support process improvement efforts by identifying gaps, evaluating root causes, and recommending practical enhancements
• Contribute to project and departmental activities through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Business Analyst:

• A degree in business, information systems, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present value and return on investment to senior leadership
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders to align business needs and solutions
• Solid analytical and problem solving capabilities, including the ability to interpret data and technical concepts
• Hands on experience with SQL and creating professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Canva
