Marketing & Business Development Lead (Healthcare)
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing & Business Development professional to support a growing network of outpatient medical clinics across multiple states. This is an opportunity to build and execute meaningful marketing strategies while making a real impact on access to care.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position combining digital marketing oversight with on‑the‑ground business development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution‑focused—comfortable analyzing data, managing vendors, and building relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, website, SEO, social media) in collaboration with external partners
- Develop and execute local outreach strategies (schools, employers, community events)
- Build and grow occupational health and employer relationships
- Track marketing performance, patient acquisition trends, and ROI
- Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
- Coordinate branding and messaging across multiple clinic locations
- Help shape and improve the overall patient experience, from first touchpoint through follow‑up
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, business development, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to track and improve ROI
- Willingness to travel periodically to clinic locations across Virginia and West Virginia
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
