About the role

About

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to support the continued growth and sophistication of the marketing team. This role will serve as a key partner to senior marketing leadership and will take ownership of a team of strategists responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data‑driven marketing initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, coaching individual contributors, and staying close to campaign execution. The manager will help elevate how marketing strategy is developed, measured, and activated across the organization while ensuring the team is supported, aligned, and effective.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing and developing a small team of marketing strategists (typically 3–4 team members)
  • Establishing strong working relationships across the team by building trust, consistency, and clear expectations
  • Coaching team members through campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
  • Leading the development and execution of data‑informed, acquisition‑focused campaigns
  • Staying hands‑on with campaign strategy, performance analysis, and optimization efforts
  • Applying insights from analytics, audience behavior, and performance data to improve targeting and results
  • Supporting the use of marketing technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency and measurement
  • Ensuring marketing efforts remain aligned with brand standards, compliance needs, and organizational priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or strategy roles
  • People management experience of at least 3-4 people, ideally leading a team of strategists or marketers (required)
  • Strong background in acquisition marketing and performance‑driven campaigns
  • Comfortable working with marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and audience segmentation
  • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy, not just report on performance
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate complex priorities
  • A coaching‑oriented leadership style focused on helping others grow and succeed
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Environment & Logistics

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • Flexibility on remote days, with an expectation of increased onsite presence given the people‑leader nature of the role
  • Occasional local travel may be required to support team collaboration and initiatives

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Newly created role with meaningful influence and visibility
  • Opportunity to step into a true leadership seat while remaining involved in strategy and execution
  • Strong partnership with senior marketing leadership
  • Team‑focused, growth‑oriented environment
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior individual contributors and people leaders
