TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Marketing Cloud Next Platform: Org configuration, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, transactional messaging, omnichannel messaging (email, push, SMS, in-app).
• Large-Scale Email Personalization: Dynamic content blocks, AMPscript/SSJS personalization logic, Data Extensions-driven rendering, real-time personalization via Data 360 segment activation.
• Full-Funnel Agent Marketing: Design and implement journey entry points triggered by agents; integrate Agentforce signals (churn risk, upsell intent) into MC Next campaign logic for autonomous and contextual communications.
• Marketing Measurement & ROI: Configure MC Next tracking events (opens, clicks, conversions) feeding Data 360; build data structures ready for attribution, usable in Tableau Next ROI dashboards.
• Data 360 Loop + Tableau Next: Close the measurement loop: Data 360 provides real-time audience and behavioral signals to MC Next; Tableau Next renders campaign performance and agent-influenced revenue to marketing teams.
• Onboarding & Re-engagement Journeys: Campaign architecture for recovery journeys, suppression logic, re-consent management, A/B testing framework.
• Deliverability & Compliance: Sender reputation management, consent and opt-out management, GDPR-compliant configuration, bounce and complaint rate monitoring.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Marketing-Tech Interface: Translate marketing objectives (campaign goals, audience strategy) into platform configuration and measurement frameworks.
• Performance Proactivity: Monitor sending metrics, conversion rates, and agent influence; identify underperforming journeys and propose optimizations.
• 4 to 6 years of experience: Marketing Cloud engineering; MC Next or MCAE certification desired; hands-on experience with Data Cloud activation required.
