Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of our client and their external-facing sub-brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns, managing content, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.
In this role, you will:
- Strengthen brand awareness and contribute to the growth of the organization and affiliated brands.
- Support product and brand promotion to both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to develop and deliver high-quality marketing collateral.
Core Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Coordinate key brand and digital marketing projects.
- Liaise with offshore graphic design and video teams for campaign asset creation.
2. Content Creation & Community Management
- Develop visual content using Canva or in collaboration with design resources.
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms.
- Manage digital channels and internal intranet, including timely responses to reviews.
3. Copywriting & Campaign Execution
- Draft engaging copy for social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Compile information across departments to create customer-focused mailers in Mailchimp.
- Write informative blog articles for our Word Press-based Resource Centres.
4. Document Design & Presentation Support
- Assist in formatting and preparing documents and presentations for events and strategic meetings.
5. Marketing Logistics & Events
- Manage orders for branded merchandise and printed collateral (brochures, business cards, etc.).
- Provide hands‑on support for event planning and coordination, including AGMs.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in brand marketing, digital marketing, or social media (agency or in‑house).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong copywriting, content creation, and organisational abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, and Word Press is advantageous.
- Mindset: A curiosity for property insurance, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Industry Experience: Insurance industry background is not essential, but will be a bonus.
