Job Description

DELTA Fiber is actively working to provide all of business Netherlands with super-fast fiber optic internet. Within the DELTA Zakelijk unit, we drive growth through a data-driven commercial approach. For the Large Enterprise (LE) segment, we are looking for a strategic interim Senior Marcom Manager who translates propositions into impactful content, campaigns, and customer journeys that directly fill the pipeline.

As an Interim Senior Marcom Manager, you are the architect of our positioning in the large enterprise market. You are not focused on 'spray and pray', but on thought leadership, high-quality content, and sales enablement.

You form the crucial link in the triangle of Marketing (strategy & data), Marcom (execution), and Channel (sales). Your goal? To translate our commercial objectives into a strong story that opens doors with complex DMUs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Content & Positioning: You develop thematic content (business cases, insights) and translate complex propositions into clear stories that resonate with the LE target audience.
  • Campaigns & Customer Journeys: You design data-driven campaigns based on intent and potential. You set up multichannel flows that warm up prospects for sales.
  • Sales Enablement: You support account management with resources that make a difference in complex sales processes and contribute directly to winning key deals.
  • Direction & Collaboration: You manage external agencies and internal specialists, monitor quality, and collaborate closely with the Marketing & Product Management team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a senior professional who is accustomed to operating in a B2B environment where quality weighs heavier than quantity.

  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2B Marcom, preferably within Telecom, IT, or Tech.
  • Expertise: You understand the dynamics of Large Enterprise and know how to use content for complex decision-making processes.
  • Skills: You are analytical (data-driven), a strong textual sparring partner, and a natural connector between marketing and sales.
  • Mentality: You are a 'self-starter' who adds value immediately, brings structure, and sees opportunities for optimization.

Job Requirements

  • HBO/WO diploma (marketing/communication)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing / marcom
  • Experience with content marketing and thought leadership
  • Experience with campaigns and customer journeys
  • Experience in collaboration with sales and commercial teams
  • Strong in stakeholder management and project management
  • Data-driven mindset (ability to translate insights into action)

Employment Conditions

Contract:

  • A contract of 32 - 40 hours for the duration of the assignment at Randstad Professional
  • Duration of the assignment: May 11th to September 1st
  • Salary up to €5400,- gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience

Secondary employment conditions:

  • 10.66% Individual Choice Budget (IKB) including holiday pay
  • Up to 31 holiday days per year based on 40 hours
