We are one of the largest producers in the world of linear motion components such as: linear guideways, ballscrews, linear motors and stages. We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety‑centric team. This role will lead the execution of HIWIN Corporation’s U.S. trade show program and support a wide range of marketing communication initiatives across print, digital, and video platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing 10–15 annual trade shows, including booth coordination, logistics, demos, budgets, and post‑show reporting
- Partnering with sales and vendors to align branding, messaging, and digital content
- Writing and editing print, digital, email, and website marketing content
- Developing trade show and product promotional materials
- Coordinating and edit short‑form marketing videos for web and social channels
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B industrial / manufacturing preferred)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience creating engaging multimedia marketing content

Compensation Range
The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
