Our Channel Communications Team at Sunrise ensures the perfect content for our sales channels – you make it happen! You create cool visuals for BTL campaigns, manage E2E processes, organize the exchange of new devices, and get product presentations and launches running. Lifecycle management of the stores is your domain, plus projects that make the shop concept future-proof. As an interface professional, you mix creativity with smart implementation – and work with top hardware partners.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Develop and produce visually appealing BTL campaign materials for all sales channels (Retail, Online, Partner)
• Plan, manage, and implement direct and indirect end-to-end processes (E2E) for campaign roles
• Organize the exchange of new devices and comprehensive management of the store lifecycle
• Design impactful product presentations and coordinate product launches across all channels
• Further development projects to optimize the shop concept for future-oriented store developments
• Build and maintain close stakeholder relationships with hardware partners and internal departments
• Conduct independent negotiations on contracts, conditions, and collaborations with partners
• Analyze campaign performance, critically question processes, and implement continuous improvement measures

YOUR SKILLS:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Experience in creation, graphic design, and/or visual storytelling
• Affinity for hardware, mobile accessories, or gadgets
• Strong project management skills
• Networked thinking and excellent stakeholder management
• Fluent English, native German speaker
