As we continue to expand our portfolio and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that increase brand visibility for MARATHONA HOMES, MARATHONA CAPITAL HUB & DISTRESS SALES by MARATHONA. The role will focus on generating qualified leads, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting property sales and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals
  • Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads for property sales and construction services
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Manage brand positioning, corporate communications, and public relations
  • Track marketing performance and provide monthly campaign reports
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and business relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years proven experience in marketing and communications specifically in the real estate sector.
  • Experience in real estate or construction
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial and strategic mindset

Incentives
