As Marketing Communication Operation Manager (w/m/d), you will play a key role in marketing two strong brands: Feller and Schneider Electric. You will be the driving force behind strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with relevant stakeholders such as Channel Management, Digital Marketing, Product and Offer Management, Sales, and our Event team. Together, you will develop impactful campaigns that strengthen our market position and optimize the customer journey.

Your IMPACT:

  • Design holistic marketing campaigns and product launches for Feller and Schneider Electric products.
  • Participate in the development of the marketing plan and translate overarching marketing messages into effective marketing communication measures.
  • Develop and create high-quality marketing and content assets – from campaigns, newsletters, brochures, and POS materials to targeted digital and social media content.
  • Close collaboration with Event Management on the marketing communication design of trade fairs and events along the entire event journey.
  • Implementation of product communication for trade journals and relevant industry formats.
  • Analysis of market trends and campaign performance, and derivation of well-founded recommendations for action to optimize the customer journey.
  • Management of external agencies and assumption of budget responsibility for marketing measures.

Your Profile:

  • Sound professional experience in marketing or marketing communication, ideally in a B2B environment and in a matrix organization.
  • Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High digital competence, including confident use of MS Office and experience in creating content for digital channels and social media.
  • Analytical and structured working style combined with a results-oriented approach.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
